After more than two years away, “Black Ice” is back.
The long-awaited return of undefeated welterweight Joey Davis is happening March 31 at Bellator 293 at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, a Bellator source confirmed.
The 29-year-old Compton native, who is 8-0 in his professional MMA career, will take on Jeff Creighton (6-2-1) on the preliminary card. The Team Bodyshop 170-pounder last fought Nov. 19, 2020, when he earned a unanimous decision over Bobby Lee at Bellator 253.
