LOS ANGELES — UCLA gymnastics got its first win at Pauley Pavilion and Jordan Chiles got her first 10 of the season, as the Bruins beat Arizona State 197.800-196.900 in its blue-out meet Saturday.

Chiles received a perfect score on the floor exercise with a 90s-styled routine and also took first in vault and uneven parallel bars to win the all-around.

Arizona State was in the lead after the first event. UCLA registered only one score above 9.900 in vault, its first event, but scored a season-high 49.575 in uneven bars to take the lead.

Ana Padurariu and Margzetta Frazier earned season-highs in bars, each scoring 9.900. Chiles scored a 9.975, with a 10 from one judge to win the event.

All UCLA gymnasts scored 9.850 or above on balance beam, with Selena Harris’ 9.950 winning the event.

The Bruins wrapped up the evening with a 49.675 on floor, another season-high. UCLA went 1-2-3 in the event with Chiles in first, Margzetta Frazier (9.950) second and Chae Campbell (9.925) third.

UCLA goes on the road for two straight dual meets to face No. 7 California next Saturday, then Arizona on Feb. 26.
