A popular bakery in Seattle’s Pike’s Place Market will be doing a series of pop-ups in Southern California next month.
Piroshky Piroshky specializes in what it calls Eastern European turnover sandwiches. It has four locations in Seattle but expands its reach by partnering with breweries and public places in other cities and states.
Advance orders of $50 or more will be available for pickup at four locations.
San Diego: 5-7 p.m. Dec. 5, Elks Lodge No. 168, 7430 Jackson Drive. Cutoff is 2 p.m. Dec. 3.
Anaheim: 5-7 p.m. Dec. 6, Radiant Beer Co., 1566 W. Lincoln Ave. Cutoff is 2 p.m. Dec. 4.
Playa Del Rey: 5-7 p.m. Dec. 7, Westchester Elks Lodge No. 2050, 8025 W. Manchester Ave., Playa Del Rey. Cutoff is 2 p.m. Dec. 5.
Redlands: 4-6 p.m. Dec. 9, Escape Craft Brewery Barrelhouse, 721 Nevada St. Cutoff is 2 p.m. Dec. 7.
Piroshky will be made to order and flash-frozen for delivery, according to its website. The menu includes sweet and savory pastries as well as holiday items such as a Turkey Cranberry Piroshky. Prices range from $5.25-$7.25 per pastry.
