Crowds lined the streets welcoming the witches and goblins taking over downtown Anaheim.
Saturday night’s parade is a community tradition – it marked 99 years this weekend, while the accompanying fall festival earlier in the day celebrated its centennial.
Fantastical floats, many echoing favorite entries from the parade’s early decades, are prepared each year by volunteers. The crowds were also delighted by several fun characters walking the route and many parade-watchers wore their own Halloween costumes.
