The big Anaheim High Homecoming game is Friday, Sept. 15.
The Colonists will face Loara High in the 7 p.m. non-league game at Glover Stadium in La Palma Park.
Even more Colonists will be coming home on Saturday for the all-class reunion and Colony Car Show from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on campus.
Anaheim High alum are all welcome to visit the car show and see classmates from their graduation year. Everyone is welcome. Anaheim High is at the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Citron Street.
Learn to react in an emergency
Community Emergency Response Team, or CERT, training will be available to Anaheim residents in October.
CERT members learn about fire safety, first aid, light search and rescue and other preparedness skills so they can help their neighbors in an emergency or natural disaster when it might take some time before authorities can respond.
Classes are scheduled for Oct. 4, 5, 10, 12, 18, 19, 24, 25 with graduation on Nov. 4. Classes will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.

The Anaheim Police Department will again present “Anaheim Confidential,” a popular fundraiser for the department’s Cops-4-Kids nonprofit.
