Noteworthy: Bedgood didn’t just fill the box score last week, he helped his team advance to the CIF Southern Section Division 4AA playoffs. The 6-foot-8 junior tallied 18 points and 11 rebounds in a 81-57 win over Don Lugo before logging a triple-double in the Vikings’ 63-48 win over Warren High Friday night. Bedgood had 28 points, 20 rebounds and 10 blocks.
Valencia will play at Gabrielino in the quarterfinals Tuesday night.
