The Chargers said Friday they tendered contract offers to kicker Cameron Dicker and offensive lineman Foster Sarell, ensuring the exclusive rights free agents will return to the team for the 2024 season.
Dicker, 23, made 52 of 55 field goals over his first two seasons in the NFL, including 31 of 33 this past season. He also was successful on all 59 of his extra-point attempts, including all 35 during the 2023 season.
Sarell, 25, played in all 17 games last season as a depth lineman. He made three starts and seven appearances in the 2022 season. He was an undrafted free agent after playing four seasons at Stanford.
In addition, the Chargers received a seventh-round draft pick (253rd overall selection) as compensation for losing linebacker Drue Tranquill via free agency last year. Tranquill signed as a free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs.
The NFL draft is April 25-27 in Detroit.
