Music Center’s Dance DTLA: Have fun learning new dance steps when expert dance instructors provide dance lessons and DJs spin the tunes, 7-11 p.m. on Fridays, through Aug. 16. Independence Day Celebration – International Printing Museum: The museum will have printing press demonstrations, interactive tours and an opportunity to print your own copy of the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights or other founding documents, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. June 29. Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and Betsy Ross (costumed re-enactors) tell stories about their roles in the founding of the United States of America, 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. (plus Benjamin Franklin plays his glass armonica musical instrument during his segment; in the museum’s Heritage Theater). Admission $15; $12 seniors and students; free for ages 3 and younger (purchase in advance; also, due to limited seating in the theater, make a reservation for either 11 a.m. or 1 p.m. performance when you purchase admission to the museum).
