After selling out its initial run of dates in the spring, Depeche Mode has announced the fall leg of its Memento Mori Tour.

The band is playing Kia Forum in Inglewood on March 28, but has included two new local shows on Dec. 10 at Kia Forum and Dec. 15 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

There’s a special fan presale that begins on Tuesday, Feb. 21 with the general public on sale starting at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24. To sign up for the presale and for more information, go to depechemode.com.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame class of 2020 inductees will drop the new “Memento Mori” album on March 24 and released the studio single, “Ghosts Again.”

It has been five years since the band has been to Southern California. The last outing, the Global Spirit Tour, spent four nights at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in 2017 and returned to Honda Center in Anaheim in 2018. This will also be the band’s first tour without keys player Andrew “Fletch” Fletcher, who died in May at the age of 60 after suffering an aortic dissection at his home.

“Memento Mori” is Depeche Mode’s 15th studio album and follows 2017’s “Spirit,” which reached No. 1 on the charts. The tour supporting the album was also a success. It was the band’s longest tour to date with 130 shows across Europe and North America that brought out more than 3 million fans, which made it one of the highest grossing tours of the year.
