Music Center’s Dance DTLA: Have fun learning new dance steps when expert dance instructors provide dance lessons and DJs spin the tunes, 7-11 p.m. on Fridays through Aug. 18. Samba, 7-11 p.m. July 28. Lessons are free. No dancing experience required. Food and beverages will be available for purchase (no outside food or drink allowed). Upcoming: Afro-Cuban Rumba and Cuban Rhythms, Aug. 4; Disco, Aug. 11; Bollywood, Aug. 18. Check the website for instructors and DJs. Dances are subject to change. Smorgasburg Los Angeles: Explore the open air food and drink market, some are vegan, plus vendors selling creative, eclectic merchandise, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. July 30. Family-friendly beer garden. Community Labyrinth Walk: The contemplative walk is facilitated by Katie Bull, a certified Veriditas Labyrinth Facilitator, and by Dana Bain, a labyrinth aficionado and facilitator, 10 a.m. Aug. 1. Reservations required to [email protected]. Campbell Hall, 4533 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Studio City.
