Just two days after a GOP presidential primary debate will be held in late September in Simi Valley, many contenders will head a bit south to Anaheim for the California Republican Party’s fall convention.
The fall convention is slated to take place at the Anaheim Marriott Hotel from Sept. 29 through Oct. 1. Here’s who is on the schedule so far:
• Former President Donald Trump will address convention attendees during a lunch on Friday, Sept. 29. General admission seating is $500 per person; preferred seating is $600.
• South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott is tapped to speak during an afternoon portion of the convention on Friday, Sept. 29. General admission seating is $200 per person; preferred seating is $300.
• Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis will speak at a dinner on Friday, Sept. 29. General admission seating is $400 per person; preferred seating is $500.
• Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy will address the convention during a lunch on Saturday, Sept. 30. General admission seating is $150 per person; preferred seating is $200 and a reception with photo opportunities is $275.
Times for these events are yet to be determined. And additional speakers are still to be announced, the party says.
