Breed: Tabby cat
Age: 4 years
Sex: Spayed female
Kumura’s story: Kumura spent most of her short life living on the streets in Long Beach, behind a fast-food restaurant. She got one meal a day, served by a person who stopped to feed her. They took her off the street when she became pregnant with five kittens, only one of which survived. She shares her foster home with five other adult cats, whom she tolerates. She would be much happier being the only cat in her home. She loves people and loves to be held. She doesn’t care to experience the outdoors again after being inside a home – and she will need a home where that can be the case.
Adoption cost: $150 is requested to help offset veterinary bills
Adoption procedure: Contact Joanne with Long Beach Spay and Neuter Foundation at [email protected] or 562-241-1521 to receive an adoption application and schedule an appointment to meet Kumura.
