See’s Candies will open its new shop at Ocean Ranch Village in Dana Point with a grand opening on Saturday, Feb. 25.
Pat Egan, President and CEO of See’s Candies, and Dana Point city officials will be there for a ribbon cutting and giveaways.
The Los Angeles-based candy and chocolate company has remained one of the most popular candy shops over the past 100 years since opening its first L.A. location which has now expanded internationally.
Starting at 9:30 a.m. at the new Dana Point location at 32565 Golden Lantern, a free gift will be given to the first 50 customers in line. Guests who shop from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. will be entered in a raffle to win free candy for a year.
Any in-store shoppers on Feb. 25 will be entered to win a $25 gift card and any shoppers in-store or through the See’s Candies website who spends more than $35 will receive a free gift.
The company has become known for its free samples at stores which will continue at the new location.
