New Eureka! location in Aliso Viejo set to open March 13

The popular restaurant chain Eureka! will open its first Aliso Viejo location next to the Aliso Viejo Town Center on March 13.

Known for its from scratch kitchen and craft beverages, the chain from L.A.-based Eureka! Restaurant Group has grown in popularity serving all-American classics with a modern twist.

The new location will be able to seat 204 diners in the more than 4,900-square foot space including a lounge area, center bar, and patio. The lounge will feature an old sycamore tree mural by L.A. artist Nichole Blackburn and the patio will have a water and fire feature.

With the new location, Eureka! will bring its extensive craft beer program including 17 craft beers on tap from local breweries like Brewery X’s Slap & Tickle IPA, Laguna Beach Beer Co.’s Laguna Lite, Bottle Logic’s 714 Blonde, and more. Specialty craft cocktails and 40+ small batch whiskeys will also be available.

Menu highlights include the Mac N’ Cheese Balls made with a beer cheese sauce and Fresno chiles, the Bone Marrow Burger with a bone marrow shiitake butter, grilled onion, horseradish mustard aioli, and roasted Roma tomato, and the Fresno Fig Burger topped with fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, bacon, tomato, red onion, arugula, and spicy porter mustard. For dessert, diners can grab a Bourbon Barrel Cake finished with pecans, caramel, and paired with vanilla bean ice cream.

Popular weekly events like half-off wine on Tuesdays, Steal the Glass on Wednesdays, and $7 Bloody Marys and Mimosas on the weekends will also be available.

Eureka! is hiring for all positions and is hosting a hiring fair on site from Monday, Feb. 13 to Saturday, Feb. 25 (except Sundays) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Service hours for the new location will be: 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Fridays and…
