A man was hospitalized after being shot in Anaheim on Monday, police said.
Police responded to a shooting around 6:30 p.m. at the 1100 block of N. East Street, north of La Palma Avenue, and found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, Anaheim Police Sgt. Jon McClintock said. Details regarding the suspect and events leading up to the shooting were unavailable.
McClintock said the investigation was ongoing, and the victim was expected to survive his injuries.
