A Laguna Beach house, one of three on a gated street overlooking Table Rock Beach, has hit the market for $10.995 million.
The 3,853-square-foot contemporary home built in 1984 has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to decks at three levels. Records show the house sold last in July 2006 for $4.78 million.
The home’s orientation on the bluff makes the most of its location. It offers privacy and unobstructed views of the ocean and cove.
Inside, the open floor plan is bright and airy with good flow.
Features include granite countertops and high-end appliances in the kitchen that connects to the main living area. There’s a living room, a wet bar with seating, and a dining room.
The upper level is reserved for the primary suite. It has an oversized ocean view deck off the primary bedroom, which is anchored by a fireplace. Other highlights include a jetted tub and walk-in shower in the bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Although it doesn’t offer direct access to Table Rock Beach, a community staircase nearby provides easy access. And according to listing agent John Stanaland of Douglas Elliman Realty, the beach doesn’t get as many visitors as others in the area.
The house is four lots down from the Table Rock Condos.
In August 2022, a neighboring Craftsman linked to Oscar-winning actor Diane Keaton sold for $7.9 million. A Mediterranean-style home next door to the current listing last sold in July 2021 for $4.5 million.
