Things have been very busy since the last Festival Pass newsletter!
Last week, the 15th anniversary of the Hard Summer Festival was happening in Downtown Los Angeles and the annual Head In The Clouds Festival was playing out in Pasadena.
There were also six sold-out Taylor Swift shows at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood that took place on Aug. 3-5 and 7-9.
Last night, her final evening of this leg of the U.S. run of The Eras Tour, Swift gave her fans a little something special and announced details for the release of “1989 (Taylor’s Version).” Here’s how that all went down.
It was such an unprecedented run of concerts that had a ginormous impact on Southern California that we covered it much like we’d cover a music festival.

🛸 Interstellar Festival lands in San Pedro
Insomniac Events will introduce a fresh festival brand later this month as the Interstellar Festival debuts in San Pedro on Aug. 19-20. The music fest comes as a collaboration between Insomniac’s techno-focused Factory 93 and trance brand Dreamstate.
