The Anaheim Public Library Foundation will be presenting its 27th annual Mystery Authors Luncheon – this year is a “True Crime” edition.
Guest authors will be Deborah Larkin, James Bartlett and Jillian Lauren, and the event will be moderated by Wendall Thomas.
Doors open for the lunch and author program at 11 a.m. on March 17 at the Sheraton Park Hotel, 1855 South Harbor Blvd. Tickets are $85 per person, or $800 for a table of 10.
The Anaheim Public Library Foundation raises thousands of dollars each year to purchase books, instructional materials, equipment, and furnishings to improve Anaheim libraries. For example, this year, APLF funded the entire e-book program so cardholders can download books at no cost.
APLF helped fund teen programs throughout the city and doubled the monies collected for “Change for Change.” Through grants awarded, the APLF has funded exciting programs for children. For more information visit anaheimlibraryfoundation.com
