NORTH HOLLYWOOD — A Los Angeles Police Department officer was attacked and injured at a Metro train station in North Hollywood, and the suspect was arrested, authorities said Friday.
The crime occurred about 11:45 p.m. Thursday on the 5300 block of Lankershim Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The officer was treated for a leg injury, according to the LAPD. The suspect’s name was not immediately available for release.
