Japanese Steak House & Sushi Bar Tomodachi is coming to the Vineyards in Porter Ranch, according to the Vineyards’s website.
The restaurant will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Its menu lists chicken teriyaki and scallops, as well as innovative cold dishes such as the Hawaiian ceviche rolls.
The restaurant will join a long roster of tenants who have moved into the mall since it opened its doors in 2020, including Whole Foods, Jersey Mike’s Subs, HSBC Bank, Finney’s Crafthouse & Kitchen and Patxi’s Pizza.
In addition to a new restaurant, the mall will welcome a weekly farmers market that will take place every Sunday, starting October 22. The market will be open in the parking lot of the Kaiser Permanente building.
