Community meetings bring people together for exchange of ideas and memorable shared experiences.

 

Nov. 18

Volunteers Cleaning Communities: Find a list of upcoming projects: https://volunteerscleaningcommunities.com/schedule-of-events. Send an email to register for the project you want to join so they know to expect you and will have enough equipment for everyone. Also, sign the waiver to take part in the clean-up. Encore Older Adult Education Program – Los Angeles Pierce College: Ages 50 years and older may enroll now in Winter-Spring 2025 classes (in-person and online classes). Classes include: positive aging, art, current events, exercise, choir, computer, finance, improvisation, magic and philosophy, plants, quilting, solar system, and weather. Registration is ongoing and students may join anytime if there is an opening available. Free classes. Class listings: www.lapc.edu/encore.
