San Fernando Valley Chapter of the National Active Retired Federal Employees Association: The public is invited to the group’s monthly meeting — Chapter 61 of the association — for lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a business meeting with a guest speaker, 12:30 p.m. Victoria Hernandez, a representative from California Telephone Access Programs, discusses special equipment for those with disabilities (most equipment provided free from the state).
