Ku’s has advised on transformative tech industry deals involving tech sector giants like Google, Uber and Lyft. In the last two years alone, she represented cybersecurity firm Mandiant in its $5.4 billion acquisition by Google and Pensando Systems in its $1.9 billion acquisition by AMD. She also advised on a $690 million investment by Insight Ventures, GIC, and Smash Capital in Coda Payments.
