FULFILLMENT FUND NAMES NEW CEO

Fulfillment Fund, a leading Los Angeles nonprofit dedicated to making college a reality for students from educationally and economically under resourced
communities, is thrilled to announce Amy Grat as its new CEO.

Amy brings over 20 years of experience in executive leadership, fundraising, and workforce development within the nonprofit sector. Her impressive track record includes her role as CEO of EXP – The Opportunity Engine and significant contributions at USC Marshall School of Business. These experiences highlight her visionary leadership and ability to drive impactful change with empathy and strategic insight. With a background in career education, youth development, and community impact, she is perfectly suited to elevate Fulfillment Fund to new heights.

“I am honored to join Fulfillment Fund, an organization that has already made a tremendous impact in empowering students from under-resourced communities. My goal is to support Fulfillment Fund as it evolves into a high-impact, innovative program that not only provides access to education but also unlocks economic mobility through career readiness. By collaborating with educators and employers, we will equip the next generation of leaders to transform their communities and society.”

About Fulfillment Fund:
Founded in 1977, Fulfillment Fund works to make college a reality for students from under-resourced communities in Los Angeles. Our impact is undeniable: 96% of Fulfillment Fund high school seniors graduate and 95% go on to college—far exceeding the national average for low-income students. Additionally, 81% of Fulfillment Fund alumni are first-generation college graduates, a testament to the organization’s commitment to breaking the cycle of poverty through education.
