Promoted to Clark Hill member in January 2022 and just a year later assuming the duties of co-member-in-charge of the firm’s Los Angeles office, Lisa Reimbold maintains a high-profile practice in labor and employment law, advising some of the state’s largest employers.
Reimbold has successfully defended clients in multi-million-dollar wage-and-hour cases, either defeating the cases entirely or settling them favorable on terms for clients. In recent years, she has been lead counsel on multiple class action lawsuits in California, often securing release for her clients from ongoing litigation before the cases went to trial. In 2023, Reimbold successfully completed representation of Star Pro International Security and Training in a Fair Labor Standards Act case by adeptly removing the bulk of the case from California to Michigan, saving the client millions of dollars. She then settled the remaining 30 California claims on terms favorable to the client.
