Lanin’s recent representations include her work for Platinum Equity, a global investment firm with over $48 billion of assets under management and a portfolio of approximately 50 operating companies that serve customers around the world, in its $4.6 billion acquisition with Solenis of Diversey Holdings and $5.25 billion acquisition of Solenis.
