Fourth of July Family Parade: Parade line-up, 9:30 a.m. July 4 (coffee and donuts for purchase from LA Donut truck, 8 a.m.); parade begins 9:45 a.m. from 4415 Lakeview Canyon Road, Westlake Village. The low-key parade — with red, white and blue decorated people, bicycles, strollers and wagons (no motorized vehicles) — proceeds on Agoura Road to Berniece Bennett Park, 31800 Village Center Drive, Westlake Village. Sunland-Tujunga 4th of July Parade: Sunland-Tujunga-Shadow Hills Rotary Club presents the annual parade with the theme, “The Magic of Sunland-Tujunga,” 10 a.m. July 4. Danny Trejo, actor, author and restaurateur, is scheduled to be in the parade. Fourth of July Celebration at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library: Event includes craft activities, old-fashioned lawn and picnic games, patriotic music, presidential bingo and special appearances and talks by presidents (look-alikes), 10 a.m.-3 p.m. July 4. Also, the unveiling of the “Charters of Freedom” monument — life-size replicas of the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights — noon-1 p.m. (in Gipper’s Grove area; www.chartersoffreedom.com).
