LA Pride in the Park: Experience the LGBTQ+ community event with musical entertainment — headliner is Ricky Martin — activities, exhibitors and vendors, 1 p.m. June 8. Tickets $99; $349 VIP. LA Pride Parade: The 54th annual parade includes dancers, floats, marching groups and performers, 11 a.m. June 9. The 2024 parade’s grand marshals: Los Angeles Fire Department Chief Kristin Crowley (Community Grand Marshal); Cassandro, “El Exotico” (Legacy Grand Marshal); George Takei (Icon Grand Marshal).
Parade route: Begins at Sunset Boulevard at Highland Avenue; north on Highland to Hollywood Boulevard; east on Hollywood to Cahuenga Boulevard; south on Cahuenga and ending at Sunset, Hollywood. (see the map: lapride.org/event/2024-la-pride-parade/).

LA Pride Block Party: Street festival includes local vendor and non-profit booth area and food trucks, noon-8 p.m. June 9. Also, a beer garden will be on-site (for ages 21 and older). Free admission. The festival is presented by LA Pride and the Hollywood Partnership. Location, Hollywood Boulevard, between Vine and Gower streets, Hollywood.
