A Banc of California branch in Brea was robbed on Wednesday, March 8, though information on how many suspects were involved and how much money was stolen was not immediately released by authorities.
Around 2:45 p.m., a suspect entered the bank at 220 S. State College Boulevard, across from the Brea Mall, according to Brea Police Lt. Chris Harvey. An unknown amount of money was stolen before the suspect fled.
A description of the suspect was not immediately released by authorities.
No injuries were reported, Harvey said.
Detectives remained on scene Wednesday afternoon.
