Man found stabbed to death at Valley Glen homeless camp

Authorities on Wednesday identified a man found fatally stabbed at a homeless encampment in Valley Glen.

Officers sent to the 13000 block of Victory Boulevard — near the LA River — about 10 a.m. Tuesday found the victim with multiple stab wounds, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Michael Macias, 38, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner. No suspect information was available.
