While major league players warm up in spring training, local Little Leaguers are already playing hard.
Several Orange County leagues celebrated opening day for their spring seasons with fun and games over the weekend.
In ceremonies, teams paraded onto fields before cheering crowds, inspirational words were delivered with first pitches and then those two key words echoed across fields:
