Randy’s Donuts has transformed its cold drink menu with the addition of 24 specialty coffees, milkshakes and more.
Guests who try them can get a free classic doughnut with purchase through Jan. 22, according to the chain’s website.
The beverages are:
Boba drinks: Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Tea and Coconut Chai Tea, priced around $5.25-$5.50, depending on location. Add-ons for 80 cents to $1 include cold foam, brown sugar boba and strawberry popping pearls.
Coffees: Iced Butter Crumb Latte, Iced Chai Latte, Maple Cream Iced Coffee, Butter Crumb Latte, Sea Salt Caramel Latte and Chai Latte, priced $4-$6.70.
Milkshakes: Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla, Oreo and Dulce De Leche, priced $5-$5.75.
Frozen and iced refreshers: Lemonade, Mango Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Strawberry Lemonade, Piña Colada Lemonade, Orange Creamsicle Lemonade, Watermelon Lemonade, Peach Tea and Peach Arnold Palmer, priced $3.25-$3.75.
The specialty drinks join Randy’s “classics,” which include brewed coffee, cold brew, milk, juice, hot chocolate and sodas.
The move brings to mind McDonald’s, which has launched a concept called CosMc’s. It has a menu heavy on lemonades, iced teas, slushes, frappés, shakes and brews such as Turmeric Spiced Latte.

The email did not address the question of when CosMc’s would come to California.
Randy’s drink menu now more closely resembles Dutch Bros with its wide selection of blended freezes, smoothies and sparkling sodas, as well as Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Dunkin’ and Kung Fu Tea.
