Covid isn’t gone. Neither is RSV or the flu. But after years of living in a state of social isolation, we are (as the Swifties would say) never ever going back to that level of fear again. (We hope!)
These days, we wash our hands. We get our shots. And we go to group events — to football games, baseball games, concerts and (yes!) parades! On Jan. 1, an estimated one million people from around town, and around the world, will line the streets of Pasadena for the 135th Rose Parade.
