Police are looking for the driver who fatally struck a 50-year-old woman in Sun Valley on Thursday night, Dec. 7, and then fled.
The hit-and-run was on San Fernando Road in the area of Truesdale Street and reported to Los Angeles police at 9:43 p.m.
The vehicle was heading north on San Fernando, said Officer Annie Moran, a LAPD spokeswoman.
Emma Rosales, 50, of Pacoima died at the scene.
