Everything you can eat and drink at Disney’s Food & Wine Festival – See the list

Disneyland has released the full menu lineup for the 2023 Food & Wine Festival that will bring California-centric food, beer and wine, celebrity chefs and Disney characters dressed in their best foodie attire to Disney California Adventure.

The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs March 3 to April 25 with local, celebrity and Disney chefs offering cooking tips during culinary demonstrations, tasting seminars and signature events.

The 2023 Food & Wine Fest returns with 12 festival marketplace booths offering small plates highlighting California-grown ingredients. DCA restaurants and food stands will also serve festival fare.

Food & Wine Fest Sip and Savor passes are back again this year that allow visitors to purchase a prepaid card with eight tabs good for individual items at food and beverage stands throughout the event. Disney has not yet released prices for the Sip & Savor cards, but last year they cost $57 with a $5 discount for Magic Key annual passholders

Here’s the menu lineup for the food booths and restaurants during DCA’s Food & Wine Festival.

Festival Marketplaces

Nuts About Cheese

  • Petite Burrata: Grilled ciabatta with tomato and olive jam, burrata cheese, pesto and freeze-dried balsamic
  • Crackers & Cheese: House-made herb crackers with white cheddar fromage blanc, spicy salami spread and cherry jam
  • Mickey Mouse-shaped Macaron: Chocolate Mickey macaron filled with caramel ganache and Snicker cookie bar pieces
  • Flowers & Bees: Gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and honey, hibiscus and lavender syrups garnished with a purple pansy

Berry Patch

  • Kenny’s Family Cheesecake topped with mixed berry compote
  • Blueberry Buttermilk Pie
  • Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew: Mexico Origin Coffee, brown butter, maple and demerara syrup and oat milk with a blueberry sweet cream made with cream, oat milk, vanilla syrup and puree garnished with cinnamon-flavored cereal crumble (non-alcoholic)
