Temecula star Olivia Rodrigo announced her Guts World Tour earlier this week and she’s already adding 18 new dates worldwide due to the overwhelming amount of fans signing up for Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program to purchase tickets.
The tour launches at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert on Feb. 23, 2024 and is now scheduled to wrap up on Aug. 13-14 and 16-17 at Kia Forum in Inglewood. The latter pair of dates were announced on Friday, Sept. 15.
On this tour, Rodrigo will be joined by The Breeders, PinkPantheress, Chappell Roan and Remi Wolf on select dates. The outing comes in support of her sophomore album, “Guts,” which dropped on Sept. 8 and has already hit the charts with the singles “Vampire” and “Bad Idea Right?”
Fans can register for the Guts World Tour through 7 p.m. PST on Sunday, Sept. 17 at Ticketmaster.com/oliviarodrigo. Sign-up doesn’t guarantee a ticket. Fans will be randomly selected to receive a code via email to purchase tickets on Sept. 20 and Sept. 21. Fans who previously registered for sales will have the option to update their show preference to one of the newly added dates.
Standard ticket pricing is $49.50-$199.50 and there will be several VIP options as well, with a portion of the proceeds going to Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good. The non-profit is a global initiative that focuses on building equitable futures for women and girls, supporting reproductive rights and preventing gender-based violence.
There’s also a new Silver Star Ticket option that will introduce a limited number of $20 tickets that will be available at a later date. The program is supposed to make the show more accessible to fans and can be purchased in pairs. The seats will be located next to each other but the location will not be revealed until the day of the show when they’re picked up at the box office.
