NORTH HOLLYWOOD — A man was fatally struck by a car early Friday morning in a hit-and-run in the North Hollywood area.
The man was injured about 1:50 a.m. at Lankershim Boulevard and Arminta Street, and he died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Information was not immediately available on the identity of the man, who was about 28 to 30 years old, the LAPD reported.
The vehicle was described only as a dark-colored sedan, police said.
A standing reward of up to $50,000 has been offered by the city of Los Angeles for information that helps solve a fatal hit-and-run.
