A large truck terminal planned in Orange can move forward with getting built, a move that one City Councilmember said will only improve a “blighted” property on West Struck Avenue.
Prologis, a real estate company that focuses on logistics facilities, plans to demolish a manufacturing facility at 534 W. Struck Ave. to create the 57,900-square-foot truck terminal, with office and maintenance space.

An economic impact report provided by Prologis estimated the project would supply $73 million to Orange’s economy through 2027 and give the city $80,000 a year in taxes from 2026 on.
