After postponing the first leg of her career-spanning Celebration Tour after being hospitalized with a serious bacterial infection, pop icon Madonna announced on Tuesday, Aug. 15 that she will return to the road and she revealed newly scheduled dates for the outing.
She was originally scheduled to hit Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sept. 27-28, 30 and Oct. 1, 2023; however, those dates have now been moved to Kia Forum in Inglewood, where she’ll now headline March 4-5, 7, 9 and 11 before she heads out to the new Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert on March 13, 2024.
The tour will now kick off in London in October and begin in North America on Dec. 13 with a show in Brooklyn, New York at the Barclays Center. Fans holding tickets to the shows at Crypto.com Arena and the original Kia Forum dates (January 7-8, 2024) will now have the opportunity to purchase tickets to the new dates in Inglewood prior to the general public. Tickets for the original shows will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser by Aug. 28.
Ticketmaster will provide all affected fans with a dedicated link and a unique code based on the quality of their previous seat locations to purchase tickets for their specific rescheduled event, a press release read.
Advance tickets for previous Los Angeles ticketholders will begin on Aug. 29 and run through Aug. 31. Those that are unable to purchase tickets to the corresponding shows will have a second presale opportunity starting Sept. 1-4 to any of the five Kia Forum shows. All remaining tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 5 at Ticketmaster.com.
