Friendship bracelets are fine – no need to fret about unfriendly venues elsewhere on The Eras Tour.
And if you don’t have a ticket, well, you’re better off staying home.
Taylor Swift is coming to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood for six sold-out shows from Aug. 3-5 and Aug. 7-9. This is like the Super Bowl times six. It’s the most shows at a single venue in any city in the country. It’s the longest run of shows at the still-young SoFi.
It’s a very big deal, in other words, and to help fans prepare for the big day, or days, if you’re somehow blessed with more than one show, we consulted the officials at SoFi, we talked to Inglewood Mayor James T. Butts Jr., and we’re breaking it all down for you here.
Tickets or go home
Unlike some stops on Swift’s tour the folks at SoFi are not allowing ticketless fans to gather on the grounds outside the stadium to catch muffled snippets of her performance inside or breath molecules of air that might have been graced with her presence.
“Guests may not remain in the parking lots or outside of the stadium once the show begins,” the SoFi rules decree. “At the time of the headlining act, any guests in the parking lots or outside of the stadium will be asked to enter the stadium with their ticket.”
If you are asked to show your ticket and all you have is your love for Taylor, you will be asked to leave the property.
One more note about tickets: Only mobile tickets will get you through the turnstiles, so you’re advised to put tickets and parking passes into your mobile wallet to make the process easier.

To ease the crush for T-shirts, posters, hoodies, postcards, guitar picks, and whatever else you might want to take home as a memento of your night with Ms. Swift, you’ll want to get to the merch booths early.
