Low and Slow – A Lowrider Car Show: California State University, Northridge, holds the event with a display of lowrider vehicles, entertainment and vendors, noon-5 p.m. June 24. Free admission. In addition, see CSUN’s Library’s “The Politics of Low and Slow” exhibit (runs through July 31). Park in the B3 parking structure ($9.50). The car show will be held on Bayramian Lawn (on the west side of the campus near Etiwanda Avenue and Prairie Street).
