Goldenvoice, promoters of the ’80s-fueld Cruel World Festival, have announced the set times for its three stages taking over the sprawling grounds at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena on Saturday, May 20.
There are a few lineup changes, too. Goldenvoice shared on its Cruel World social media sites that The Motels would no longer be performing “due to unforeseen circumstances,” but Berlin has been added to the bill.
For last year’s installment of Cruel World, Echo & the Bunnymen were unable to perform, but the English rock band is back on the schedule for 2023 alongside Siouxsie, Iggy Pop, Billy Idol, The Human League, Adam Ant and many more.
There have also been a limited number of passes released for fans to snag last-minute entry to the fest with general admission passes starting at $199; general admission plus starting at $249; and VIP passes starting at $450. Parking should be purchased in advance (general parking is $25 and preferred parking is sold out).
Doors open for the event starting at noon and all remaining passes are available now at cruelworldfest.com.
