If you love TV, like really love TV, you probably already know about Paleyfest. If you don’t, you should. The Paley Center for Media has continually presented some of the most enticing entertainment panels anywhere, featuring full cast gatherings from the biggest and best shows of the moment. The 40th annual event, running from Friday, March 31 through Tuesday, April 4 at the Dolby Theatre this year, is no exception. Sneak peeks, previews, premieres and in depth conversations fill the event schedule and this year, they really gathered all the most popular shows on television including Disney+’s The Mandalorian, ABC’s Abbott Elementary, Paramount Network’s Yellowstone, ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy, CBS’ The Late Late Show with James Corden, Showtime’s Yellowjackets and Prime Video’s The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
The panels at Paleyfest always get uproarious, with behind the scenes scoop, insider jokes and a chance to experience the energy that exists between cast members and your favorite show’s producers and writers. These interactions inform story-lines, character development and the overall vibe on streaming and network programs. In the case of Corden’s show, which just announced it’s ending soon, it’s your last chance to soak it in.
“We couldn’t be more honored to kick off our last month of The Late Late Show with the fans at PaleyFest, who have supported us over the last eight years,” says exec producer Rob Crabbe in press materials. “We are grateful to see you all one last time!”
“Teen cannibals become messed up adults and then we all get invited to PaleyFest to unpack what the hell is happening.
